1. Digital Content and Services
CS2 Pro Players & Skinbid primarily provides digital content and services, including but not limited to premium articles, guides, analysis, and member-exclusive content. Due to the nature of digital content, we have specific refund policies in place:
1.1 Premium Content Subscriptions
For monthly or annual premium content subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium content until the end of the paid period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not accessed any premium content, you may request a full refund.
1.2 One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases of digital guides, reports, or other downloads:
- Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you have not downloaded or accessed the content and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.
- If the downloaded content is materially different from what was advertised or contains significant errors, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Merchandise and Physical Products
For physical merchandise or products offered through our site:
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Package the item securely with all original packaging and components.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the return package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
2.3 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
2.5 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
3. Consulting and Personalized Services
For personalized services such as coaching sessions, skin analysis, or custom content:
3.1 Cancellation Before Service Delivery
If you need to cancel a scheduled service:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
3.2 Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service provided:
- Please notify us within 7 days of service completion.
- We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include providing additional consultation, revising deliverables, or offering a partial refund.
- Full refunds for completed services are provided only in exceptional circumstances where we have failed to deliver the core service as described.
4. Events and Webinars
4.1 Virtual Events
For virtual events, webinars, and online workshops:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future event.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.
4.2 In-Person Events
For in-person events, meet-ups, or conferences:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee (typically 5% of the ticket price).
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- In case of event cancellation by CS2 Pro Players & Skinbid, attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled event, at their choice.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our digital content or services:
- Report the issue to our support team immediately at support@cs2proskinbid.com.
- We will work to resolve the issue or provide an alternative means of access.
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
5.2 Unauthorized Charges
If you identify unauthorized charges on your account:

- Provide details of the unauthorized transaction.
- We will investigate and issue appropriate refunds for confirmed unauthorized transactions.
